Desks – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1214 of height-adjustable desk platforms and components thereof (complainant Versa Products Inc.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

 

Fiber optic equipment – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1194 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof with respect to numerous patent claims for which the complainant withdrew its allegations of infringement

 

LCD devices – termination without imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1201 of liquid crystal display devices, components thereof, and products containing the same based on a settlement agreement between respondents and complainants Sharp Corporation and Sharp Electronics Corporation

 

Pliers – in investigation 337-TA-1169, issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed importation of fish-handling pliers and packaging thereof that infringes two trademarks asserted by United Plastic Molders Inc.
