Bone cements – June 11 deadline for comments on public interest issues related to the presiding administrative law judge’s recommendation in investigation 337-TA-1153 of bone cements, components thereof, and products containing the same to issue (1) a limited exclusion order directed to certain trade secrets for five years, (2) a limited exclusion order directed to the other categories of accused products for two years or less, and (3) cease and desist orders directed to the respondents
Dental scanners – May 28 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the recommended limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders in investigation 337-TA-1144 of dental and orthodontic scanners and software would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Fiber optic equipment – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1193 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on complainant Corning Optical Communications LLC’s withdrawal of its allegations
Lighting devices – rescission of seizure and forfeiture order previously issued in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-804 of LED photographic lighting devices and components thereof against a third-party importer based on a licensing agreement with complainants Litepanels Inc. and Litepanels Ltd.
