Ltd. and SK Battery America Inc., respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)
Dermatological devices – termination without the imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1112 of radio frequency micro-needle dermatological treatment devices and components thereof based on a settlement agreement between the respondents and complainants Syneron Medical Ltd., Candela Corporation, and Massachusetts General Hospital
Gaming systems – termination without the imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1111 of portable gaming console systems with attachable handheld controllers and components thereof due to a finding of no violation
Plasma probes – new IPR infringement petition filed on argon plasma coagulation system probes, their components, and other components for use therewith (complainants Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH and Erbe USA Inc.; proposed respondents located in Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.; public interest comments due by Oct. 18)
Subsea telecom systems – termination without the imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1098 of subsea telecommunication systems and components thereof due to a finding of no violation
