Hazelnuts – termination without import restrictions of false advertising investigation 337-TA-1337 of hazelnuts and products containing the same based on complainant’s withdrawal of its complaint

Hormone receptors – institution of trade secret misappropriation investigation 337-TA-1352 of selective thyroid hormone receptor-beta agonists, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and products containing same (complainant Viking Therapeutics Inc.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Jump starters – new IPR infringement complaint filed on portable battery jump starters and components thereof (complainant The NOCO Company; proposed respondents located in China, Ireland, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Transmitters – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1278 of radio frequency transmission devices and components thereof following a finding of no Section 337 violation
