Cleaners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on wet dry surface cleaning devices (complainants Bissell Inc. and Bissell Homecare Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Container openers – summary determination of violation in investigation 337-TA-1255 of apparatus and methods of opening containers and Feb. 17 deadline for comments on the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered

Exercise systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic exercise systems, stationary bicycles and components thereof, and products including same (complainant iFit Inc.; proposed respondents located in England, Taiwan, and the U.S.)

Fungicide – new IPR infringement complaint filed on products containing pyraclostrobin and components thereof (complainants BASF SE and BASF Corporation; proposed respondents located in India and the U.S.)
