Electronic devices – institution of patent infringement investigations (1) 337-TA-1299 of mobile telephones, tablet computers with cellular connectivity, and smart watches with cellular connectivity, components thereof, and products containing same, (2) 337-TA-1300 of mobile phones, tablet computers, smart watches, smart speakers, and digital media players and products containing same, and (3) 337-TA-1301 of mobile phones and tablet computers, all with switchable connectivity (complainants Ericsson Inc. and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson; respondent located in U.S.)
LEDs – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1220 of filament light-emitting diodes and products containing same following finding of no Section 337 violation
