Beta agonists – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1352 of selective thyroid hormone receptor-beta agonists, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and products containing same and requests for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding

Cable assemblies – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1438 of photovoltaic trunk bus cable assemblies and components thereof (complainant Shoals Technologies LLC; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Safety helmets – new IPR infringement complaint filed on glow fish tape systems, safety helmet systems, and components thereof (complainant Klein Tools Inc.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)
