The Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has removed restrictions on imports of poultry and related products originating from the following areas, which had been imposed due to concerns about highly-pathogenic avian influenza, as of the dates indicated.
- Japan: Hyogo prefecture (effective Feb. 9) and Kagawa prefecture (Feb. 10)
- Canada: zones PCZ-FV9 and -FV10 in British Columbia and PCZ-302 in Ontario (all effective Feb. 9)
