Mattresses – initiation of inquiry to determine whether components of mattresses from Malaysia, Mexico, or Poland that are assembled or completed in the U.S. into mattresses are circumventing the AD order on mattresses from those countries
Olives – (1) dumping margin of 3.54 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on ripe olives from Spain for the period Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024, and (2) net subsidy rates of 5.0 and 20.1 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on such olives for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
PET film – sunset review determinations that (1) revocation of AD orders order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from China, India, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 76.72 percent for China, 24.1 percent for India, 8.99 percent for Taiwan, and 4.05 percent for the UAE, and (2) revocation of CVD order on PET film, sheet, and strip from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 18.57 to 29.45 percent
Plastic bags – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024
Silicon metal – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on silicon metal from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024
