Manganese dioxide (China) – continuation of AD order on electrolytic manganese dioxide from China
Paper Products (India) – dumping margins of 0.61, 1.58, or 5.29 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on certain lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2024, and review rescission with respect to four companies
Solar cells (India, Indonesia and Laos) – subsidy rates of 125.87 percent (India), 85.99, 104.38, or 143.30 (Indonesia), and 80.67 percent (Laos) in preliminary determinations of CVD investigations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from India, Indonesia, and Laos, and preliminary partial affirmative critical circumstances determination with respect to India and Indonesia, as well as preliminary negative critical circumstances determination with respect to Laos
Soybean Meal (India) – subsidy rates of 3.66 or 75.48 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on organic soybean meal from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Steel plate (Korea) – dumping margins of 0.94 or 1.18 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2024, through Jan. 31, 2025, and review rescission with respect to two companies
Tires (India) – dumping margins of zero or 3.78 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on certain pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024
Welded pipe (Türkiye) – subsidy rate of 4.40 percent for HDM Celik Boru Sanyai Ve Ticaret A.S. in final results of administrative review of CVD order on large diameter welded pipe from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
