Furfuryl alcohol – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on furfuryl alcohol from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Lemon juice – issuance of AD duty orders on lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa, effective Feb. 16
Plastic bags – partial rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022, with respect to one company and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rate
Pressure washers – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on gas-powered pressure washers from China and Vietnam
Xanthan gum – dumping margin of 17.36 percent in administrative review of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021
