Fluid end blocks –  dumping margin of 19.96 percent and subsidy rate of 2.54 percent for BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders and suspension agreements for the periods Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV), unless otherwise noted:

- cased pencils from China (AD)

- carbazole violet pigments 23 from India (AD/CV)

- certain superabsorbent polymers from Korea (AD; June 7, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023)

- mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China (CV)

- multilayered wood flooring from China (AD/CV)

- non-oriented electrical steel from Japan (AD)

- refillable stainless steel kegs from China (AD)

- stainless steel flanges from India (AD; Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023)

- strontium chromate from France (AD; Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023)

- sugar from Mexico (suspension agreement: AD; CV, Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023)

- welded line pipe from Korea (AD)

Softwood lumber – request for USMCA panel review regarding final determination of sunset reviews of AD and CV duty orders on softwood lumber from Canada

Steel sinks – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on drawn stainless steel sinks from China

Thermal paper – dumping margin of 2.09 percent for Hansol Paper Company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on thermal paper from Korea for the period May 12, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022

Tires – postponement to May 14 of preliminary determination in AD investigation of truck and bus tires from Thailand
