Fluid end blocks – dumping margins of zero and 1.41 percent and subsidy rates of 3.41, 4.64, and 5.87 percent in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022, and review rescission with respect to various companies
Pipes and tubes – preliminary no shipment determination with respect to Surya Roshni Limited and review rescission with respect to 29 companies in administrative review of AD duty order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
Softwood lumber – dumping margins of 5.33, 7.15, and 9.65 percent and subsidy rates of 3.88, 6.14, 6.71, and 9.61 percent in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on softwood lumber from Canada for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022, and review rescission with respect to various companies
Steel fittings – continuation for a period of five years of AD duty orders on forged steel fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan and CV duty order on forged steel fittings from China
Wooden furniture – final determination that sole respondent under review (VidaXL Ningbo Industry Co. Ltd.) is not eligible for a separate rate and is therefore part of the China-wide entity, subject to a 216.01 percent rate, in administrative review of AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Xanthan gum – dumping margins of 2.90, 3.87, and 20.63 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, final determination of no shipments with respect to three companies, and review recission with respect to one company
