The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Flanges – net subsidy rates of 2.98 to 3.2 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021 

Melamine – institution of AD and/or CV injury investigations of melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Qatar, and Trinidad & Tobago

Paper plates – initiation of CV duty investigations of paper plates from China and Vietnam

Sinks – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from China, effective Feb. 7

Wind towers – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Indonesia for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
