The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Brightening agents – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Corrosion-resistant steel – net subsidy rate of 5.89 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019

MDI – institution of AD injury investigation of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate from China

Persulfates – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on persulfates from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Slag pots – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on slag pots from China
