Brightening agents – dumping margin of 1.04 percent for Teh Fong Min International Co. Ltd. / Teh Fong Ming International Co. Ltd. In preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan for the period May 1 through Nov. 26, 2022

Fluid end blocks – subsidy rate of 3.76 percent for Bharat Forge Limited in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fluid end blocks from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Nails – dumping margins of zero and 0.66 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain steel nails from Korea for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

Request reviews – Feb. 29 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted:

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- heavy forged hand tools, with or without handles, from China (AD)

- large residential washers from China and Mexico (AD)

- lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa (AD; Aug. 4, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2024)

- prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Argentina (AD), Colombia (AD), Egypt (AD), India (CV), Saudi Arabia (AD), Taiwan (AD), the Netherlands (AD), Turkey (AD/CV), and the United Arab Emirates (AD)

- rubber bands from China (AD/CV)

- sodium nitrite from India (AD: Aug. 17, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2024; CV: June 21, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2023)

- small diameter graphite electrodes from China (AD)

- stainless steel bar from India (AD)

- stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines (AD)

- steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam (AD/CV)

- truck and bus tires from China (AD/CV)

- uncovered innerspring units from China (AD)

- utility scale wind towers from China (CV)

- wood mouldings and millwork products from China (AD/CV)

Sodium gluconate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Wire strand – dumping margin of zero for The Siam Industrial Wire Co. Ltd. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
