Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Anode material – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on active anode material from China

Isocyanurates – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023

Persulfates – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on persulfates from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel pipe – dumping margins of 2.42 to 4.95 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders

- refined brown aluminum oxide from China

- steel threaded rod from China
