Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum sheet – dumping margins of 1.84 to 2.04 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Türkiye for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023

Brake drums – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on brake drums from China and Türkiye, with new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 109.64 and 150.25 for China and 12.73 and 149.29 percent for Türkiye

Low-speed vehicles – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on low-speed personal transportation vehicles from China, new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 127.29 to 478.08 percent, and preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination

Quartz – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on quartz surface products from China, effective Jan. 24

Refrigerators – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on large top-mount combination refrigerator-freezers from Thailand, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 13.23 and 37.9 percent
