The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum extrusions – (1) net subsidy rates of 16.08 and 242.56 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 90 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

HFC blends – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Rebar – dumping margins of zero and 1.02 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020

Request review – Feb. 28 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2022 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- heavy forged hand tools, with or without handles, from China (AD)

- large residential washers from China and Mexico (AD)

- preserved mushrooms from China, India, and Indonesia (AD)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates (AD; Sept. 30, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2022)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from India (CV) and Turkey (CV; Sept. 21, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021)

- rubber bands from China (AD/CV)

- small-diameter graphite electrodes from China (AD)

- stainless steel bar from India (AD)

- stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines (AD)

- steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam (AD/CV)

- truck and bus tires from China (AD/CV)

- uncovered innerspring units from China (AD)
