Icemakers – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1369 of icemaking machines and components thereof (complainant Hoshizaki America Inc.; respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)

Metal parts – new IPR infringement complaint filed on nanolaminate alloy coated metal parts, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Modumetal Inc.; proposed respondents located in Taiwan and the U.S.)

Non-woven materials – institution of trade secret misappropriation investigation 337-TA-1424 of flash-spun non-woven materials and products containing same (complainants DuPont de Nemours Inc., DuPont Safety & Construction Inc., and DuPont Specialty Products USA LLC; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Wireless devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on wireless communication devices and components thereof (complainant International Semiconductor Group Co. Ltd.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
