Electronic devices – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1373 of electronic devices, including smartphones, computers, tablet computers, and components thereof, based on arbitration

Injection molding machines – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1427 of components for injection molding machines and products containing the same

Tirzepatide – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1377 of products containing and purporting to contain tirzepatide

Women’s flats – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1428 of women’s flats with colored outsoles thereof (complainant Gavrieli Grands LLC; respondents located in the Philippines, China, and the U.S.)
