Ltd., Samsung Electronics America Inc., Samsung Research America Inc.; and Samsung International Inc.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)
Environmental monitors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on environmental monitors with side-viewable illumination and components thereof (complainants Johnson Controls Technology Co. and Johnson Controls Inc.; proposed respondents located in Canada and U.S.)
Power inverters – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1267 of power inverters and converters, vehicles containing the same, and components thereof following a finding of no Section 337 violation
Vehicle steps – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1345 of automated retractable vehicle steps and components thereof (complainant Lund Motion Products Inc; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
