Bulk containers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on composite intermediate bulk containers (complainants Schütz Container Systems Inc. and Protechna S.A.; proposed respondents located in China)

Network equipment – termination without imposition of import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1391 of networking equipment supporting NETCONF following determination of no Section 337 violation

Power converters – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1370 of power converter modules and computing systems containing the same (complainant Vicor Corporation; respondents located in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.)

Solar cells – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1425 of TOPCon solar cells, modules, panels, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Trina Solar (U.S.) Inc., Trina Solar US Manufacturing Module 1 LLC, and Trina Solar Co. Ltd.
