Semiconductors – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1465 of semiconductor devices, computing products containing the same, and components thereof (complainants Adeia Semiconductor Bonding Technologies Inc., Adeia Holdings Inc., and Adeia Inc.; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)
Vapes – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1464 of vaporizer devices, cartridges used therewith, and components thereof (complainants JUUL Labs Inc. and VMR Products LLC; respondents located in the U.S.)
Wearable devices – (1) new IPR infringement complaints filed on wearable devices (complainant Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.; proposed respondents located in Finland and U.S.) and wearable devices with fall detection and components thereof (complainant UnaliWear Inc.; proposed respondents located in Korea, Switzerland, and the U.S.), (2) denial of motion to stay remedial orders pending appeal in investigation 337-TA-1398 of smart wearable devices, systems, and components thereof, and (3) institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1468 of smart wearable devices, systems, and components thereof (complainant Ouraring Inc.; respondents located in Korea, the United Kingdom, Scotland, the Netherlands, China, India, and the U.S.)
