Chemical slurries – issuance of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1204 of chemical mechanical planarization slurries and components thereof
Play yards – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1288 of play yards and strollers (complainants Graco Children’s Products Inc. and Wonderland Nurserygoods Co. Ltd.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
Routers – Dec. 27 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order if a violation is found in investigation 337-TA-1227 of routers, access points, controllers, network management devices, other networking products, and hardware and software components thereof
Water filters – new IPR infringement complaint filed on refrigerator water filtration devices and components thereof (complainants LG Electronics Inc. and LG Electronics Alabama Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
Wrapping material – Jan. 9 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order if a violation is found in investigation 337-TA-1210 of wrapping material and methods for use in agricultural applications
