- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding undersea fiber optic cables and repeaters) at the SubCom LLC facility within FTZ 81 in Newington, N.H.

- approved the establishment of subzone 38V at the Elite Logistix LLC facility in Rock Hill, S.C.

- approved the establishment of subzone 38W at the Coroplast Tape Corporation facility in Rock Hill, S.C.
