- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding vehicle parts) at the Catalina Components Inc. facility within FTZ 75 in Chandler, Ariz.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding metal, aramid paper, and plastic honeycomb) at the Plascore Incorporated facility within FTZ 189 in Zeeland, Mich.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding semiconductor production equipment) at the Nanoverse Technologies facility within FTZ 45 in Beaverton, Ore.

- received an application for subzone at the Oerlikon Metco (US) Inc. facility within FTZ 37 in Westbury, N.Y.

- received an application for subzone at the Phillips 66 Company facility within FTZ 115 in Nederland, Texas

- approved the establishment of subzone 173B at the PINNACLEMOD LLC facility in Aberdeen, Wash.
