Corrosion-resistant steel – issuance of AD orders on corrosion-resistant steel products from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Africa, Taiwan, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates and CVD orders on such goods from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Vietnam, effective Dec. 19
Molded fiber products – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on thermoformed molded fiber products from China and Vietnam and final affirmative critical circumstances finding with respect to Vietnam
Quartz surface products – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CVD orders on quartz surface products from India and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry within the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Silicon metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on silicon metal from Russia would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Solar cells – revocation of AD/CVD orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China with respect to certain off-grid CSPV panels, effective Dec. 19
