Rebar – dumping margins of 3.05 to 16.28 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021
Shelving – initiation of inquiry to determine whether imports of boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale that are completed or assembled in Malaysia using certain components from China are circumventing the AD/CV duty orders on boltless steel shelving from China
Steel fittings – (1) dumping margin of 29.31 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on forged steel fittings from China for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021, and (2) net subsidy rate of 13.42 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such fittings for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
Steel plate – (1) dumping margins of 1.47 to 20.44 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Italy for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021, and (2) dumping margin of 1.14 percent for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on such plate from Belgium for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021
