Polyester fiber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on low-melt polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Scope rulings – scope rulings and circumvention determinations made from July 1 through Sept. 30 with respect to the following AD/CV duty orders
- artist canvas from China (AD)
- chassis and subassemblies thereof from China (AD/CV)
- crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (AD/CV)
- hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China (AD)
- tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China (AD)
- utility-scale wind towers from China (AD/CV) and Spain (AD)
- wood moldings and millwork products from China (AD/CV)
Shrimp – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam
Steel plate – (1) net subsidy rate of 0.87 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and (2) dumping margins of zero for Korea and 2.65 percent for Belgium in final results of administrative review of AD duty orders on such goods from those countries for the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022
Welded pipe – dumping margin of 9.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Canada for the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022
