The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Polyester fiber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on low-melt polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Pressure pipe – dumping margins of zero and 1.71 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded stainless pressure pipe from India for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022

Rebar – (1) net subsidy rates of 0.03 and 5.54 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 15 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Steel cylinders – dumping margin of 87.26 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on non-refillable steel cylinders from China for the period Oct. 30, 2020, through April 30, 2020

Steel sheet – continuation of AD duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and CV duty order on such goods from Korea, effective Oct. 24
