Administrative reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV), unless otherwise noted
- carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico (AD)
- corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan (AD; July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023)
- hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan (AD), Korea (AD/CV), and the Netherlands (AD)
- lemon juice from Argentina (AD)
- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Thailand (AD; July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023)
- ripe olives from Spain (CV)
- stainless steel flanges from India (AD/CV)
Garlic – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on fresh garlic from China for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022, with respect to eight companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
MSG – dumping margin of 58.67 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
Steel pipe – dumping margins of 0.65 to 0.99 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
Tires – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on truck and bus tires from Thailand
