Mobile access equipment – issuance of CV duty order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China, effective Dec. 10, with CV cash deposit rates of 11.97 to 448.8 percent
Paper – final determination that imports of uncoated paper rolls from Brazil, China, and Indonesia are circumventing the AD duty orders on uncoated paper from those countries and that imports of uncoated paper rolls from China and Indonesia are circumventing the CV duty orders on uncoated paper from those countries
Pipes and tubes – preliminary determination that Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi for purposes of the AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey
Polymers – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on superabsorbent polymers from South Korea
Rubber – institution of AD duty investigations of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from the Czech Republic, Italy, and Russia
