Grinding media – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on high-chrome cast iron grinding media from India and new AD cash deposit requirement at the rate of 4.3 percent
Steel pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel racks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on steel racks and parts thereof from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 144.5 percent and countervailable subsidies of 1.5 to 102.23 percent, respectively
Thermal paper – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on thermal paper from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023
Tubular goods – dumping margin of 30.38 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Mexico for the period May 11, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, and rescission of review with respect to one company
