The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Glycine – dumping margin of 0.99 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from Japan for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023

Magnets – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Shrimp – final affirmative AD injury determination on frozen warmwater shrimp from Indonesia and final affirmative CV injury determinations on such shrimp from Ecuador, India, and Vietnam

Torsion springs – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from China and India

Welded pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
