Ferrovanadium – continuation of AD duty order on ferrovanadium from Korea, effective Nov. 29

File folders – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on paper file folders from China, India, and Vietnam

HEDP – continuation of AD/CV duty orders on 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid from China, effective Dec. 1

Rubber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Poland would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 19.61, 44.3, 19.52, and 25.43 percent, respectively

Steel pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
