Esters – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on alkyl phosphate esters from China and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 135.22 to 247.29 percent
File folders – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on paper file folders from Cambodia and Sri Lanka
Steel pipe – final determination that Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. for purposes of the AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products, welded line pipe, oil country tubular goods, and large-diameter welded pipe from Türkiye
Solar cells – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, (2) new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 117.12 percent for Cambodia, 17.84 and 81.24 percent for Malaysia, 57.66 percent for Thailand, and 53.19 to 271.28 percent for Vietnam, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determinations with respect to Thailand and Vietnam
Tomatoes – sunset review determination that termination of AD investigation suspension agreement would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 30.48 percent
