The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
Hard capsules – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam
Melamine – (1) final affirmative AD duty determinations on melamine from Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago, (2) dumping margins of 179.24 and 218.73 percent for Germany, 115.11 and 127.69 percent for Japan, 53.5 and 72.16 percent for the Netherlands, zero for Qatar, and 98.32 and 146.85 percent for Trinidad and Tobago, (3) final affirmative CV duty determinations on melamine from Germany, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago, (4) net subsidy rates of 29.72 percent for Germany, 41.91 percent for Qatar, and 7.43 percent for Trinidad and Tobago, (5) final negative critical circumstances determination with respect to Qatar, and (6) final affirmative critical circumstances determinations in part with respect to Japan and Trinidad and Tobago
Soybean meal – (1) dumping margin of 18.8 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on organic soybean meal from India for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through April 30, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 5.15 to 261.8 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on organic soybean meal from India for the period Sept. 3, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2022
Tubular goods – dumping margin of 6.8 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Argentina for the period May 11, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023
