The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Activated carbon – continuation of AD duty order on activated carbon from China, effective Nov. 24

Pipes and tubes – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022

Shelving – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, with dumping margins of zero to 81.12 percent for Malaysia, 9.41 and 78.12 percent for Taiwan, 2.54 to 7.58 percent for Thailand, and 118.66 and 224.94 percent for Vietnam, and (2) negative dumping determination on such units from India

Silicon metal – continuation of AD duty order on silicon metal from China, effective Nov. 17

Thermal paper – dumping margin of 0.75 percent for Germany and 2.09 percent for Korea in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on thermal paper from these countries for the period May 12, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
