The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Brake drums – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on brake drums from China and Türkiye and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 6.76 to 303.07 percent for China and 0.89 to 131.39 percent for Türkiye
Ceramic tile – (1) preliminary negative dumping determination on ceramic rile from India and (2) rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on ceramic tile from China for the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – (1) dumping margins of 8.88 and 22.27 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, and (2) rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on rebar from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel wheels – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on steel wheels 12-16.5” in diameter from China would be likely to lead to recurrence of dumping at margins up to 44.35 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 386.45 to 388.31 percent, respectively
Textured yarn – initiation of sunset review of AD/CV duty orders on polyester textured yarn from China and India, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
