The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Bearings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 60.25 percent

Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Belgium would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 19.3 percent

Flanges – dumping margin of 3.93 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain for the period June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022

Glycine – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from Japan for the period June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
