The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum wire – final determination that (1) imports of aluminum wire and cable completed in Cambodia using certain AWC inputs manufactured in China are not covered by the scope of the AD/CV duty orders on AWC from China and (2) AWC completed in Cambodia using certain AWC inputs manufactured in China are not circumventing the AD/CV duty orders on AWC from China

Anode material – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of active anode material from China

Scope rulings – scope rulings and circumvention determinations made during the period July 1 through Sept. 30, 2024, with respect to the following AD/CV duty orders

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China

- freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico

- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan

- steel wheels 12-16.5 inches in diameter from China

Steel sheet – dumping margin of 21.1 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023

Tungsten shot – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on tungsten shot from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 73.75 and 352.2 percent
