The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum foil – net subsidy rates of 14.2 and 305.07 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019

Solar cells – (1) dumping margins of 19.26 to 32.69 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2019, through Nov. 30, 2020, and (2) dumping margin of zero in amended final results of administrative reviews of this AD duty order for the periods Dec. 1, 2013, through Nov. 30, 2014, and Dec. 1, 2014, through Nov. 30, 2015

Steel fittings – dumping margin of 5.57 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on forged steel fittings from Taiwan for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020

Tires – net subsidy rates of 14.77 to 17.47 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on truck and bus tires from China for the period Feb. 15 through Dec. 31, 2019

Wood flooring – dumping margins of 5.5 to 22.7 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
