Abrasive grains – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains from China
Glycine – (1) sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on glycine from China, India, Japan, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time and (2) net subsidy rate of 6.03 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on glycine from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Laminated sacks – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on laminated woven sacks from Vietnam, effective Nov. 15
Nails – dumping margin of 78.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
Pasta – net subsidy rates of 0.94 and 2.29 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on pasta from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
