The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Fertilizers – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia and new CV cash deposit requirements for such goods at rates of 23.46 percent for Morocco and 20.94 to 72.50 percent for Russia

Flooring – net subsidy rates of 14.09 to 122.92 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017

Lumber – (1) dumping margins of 1.15 to 1.99 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada for the period June 30, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018, and (2) net subsidy rates of 3.63 to 19.1 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada for the period April 28, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018

Nails – dumping margin of 78.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019

Twist ties – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on twist ties from China, with new CV cash deposit requirement for such goods at the rate of 122.5 percent and first-ever determination that China’s undervalued currency is a countervailable subsidy
