Consumer Product Safety Commission

- investigation, through child observations and caregiver questionnaires, of smart toys and additional toys (take-apart vehicles, musical instruments, figurines, plush toys with electronic components, and manipulatives) to consider children’s ability to interact with toys as the manufacturer intended and assist in updating the CPSC’s age determination guidelines (comments due by Oct. 6)

Department of Agriculture

- U.S. origin health certificate (comments due by Oct. 3)

Export-Import Bank of the United States

- annual competitiveness report survey of exporters and lenders (comments due by Oct. 9)

Food and Drug Administration

- Voluntary Qualified Importer Program (comments due by Sept. 11)

Treasury Department

- tobacco products importer or manufacturer - record of large cigar wholesale prices (comments due by Sept. 11)
