The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations. For more information on pursuing or mitigating IPR-related import restrictions, please contact ST&R.

Integrated circuits – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1350 of integrated circuits, components thereof, and products containing the same based on a settlement

Skin care systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on hydrodermabrasion systems and components thereof (complainant HydraFacial LLC f/k/a Edge Systems LLC; proposed respondents located in China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Korea, and the U.S.)

Synthetic hair – new IPR infringement complaint filed on pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and packaging therefor (complainant JBS Hair Inc.; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)

Wallets – in investigation 337-TA-1355, issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting imports of infringing compact wallets and components thereof as well as cease and desist orders directed against four respondents
