Electronic displays – new IPR infringement complaint filed on outdoor and semi-outdoor electronic displays, products containing same, and components thereof (complainant Manufacturing Resources International Inc.; proposed respondents located in Korea, Australia, and the U.S.)
Semiconductors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on semiconductors and devices and products containing same, including printed circuit boards, automotive parts, and automobiles (complainant Daedalus Prime LLC; proposed respondents located in Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, the Netherlands, and the U.S.)
Surgical staplers – rescission of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders issued in investigation 337-TA-1167 of laparoscopic surgical staplers, reload cartridges, and components thereof
Toys – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1325 of soft projectile launching devices, components thereof, ammunition, and products containing same (complainants Hasbro Inc. and Spin Master Inc.; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)
