DRAMs – new IPR infringement complaint filed on dynamic random access memory devices, products containing the same, and components thereof (complainant Netlist Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
Electronic devices – (1) termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1481 of video-capable electronic devices based on arbitration agreement and (2) institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1516 of mobile electronic devices
Ink cartridges – in investigation 337-TA-1452 of ink cartridges and components thereof, issuance of a general exclusion order prohibiting the importation of products that infringe specified patent claims as well as cease and desist orders against two respondents
Resins – initial determination on Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1439 of polyvinylidene fluoride resins and requests for comments on public interest
