Batteries – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1518 of secondary cylindrical batteries, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants LG Energy Solution Ltd. and LG Energy Solution Arizona; respondents located in China, Germany, Japan, and the U.S.)
Electronic devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic devices with audio technologies (complainant BoomCloud 360 Inc.; proposed respondents located in South Korea and the U.S.)
Transformers – institution of investigation 337-TA-1517 regarding misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, unfair competition, trademark infringement, false designation of origin, and common law trademark infringement with respect to transformers and components thereof (complainant Ayr Energy Inc.; respondents located in India and the U.S.)
Wireless devices – initial determination on Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1429 of wireless communications devices and components thereof and request for comments on public interest issues raised by recommended relief
